- Termination: Accounts may be suspended for violations, platform misuse, or non-payment.
- Limitation of Liability: The Service is provided "as is." Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the last 12 months.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

This SLA outlines the service performance standards Nelotechpreneur™ commits to for active subscribers.
Uptime Guarantee
We target 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party outages, and user-side connectivity issues.

AI Feature Availability
AI-powered features are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous AI availability, specific AI response times, or accuracy of AI outputs. AI-related downtime does not count against uptime calculations.
Scheduled Maintenance
We may perform maintenance with prior notice. Downtime during maintenance does not count against uptime guarantees.
Service Credits
If uptime falls below 99.5%, you may request a service credit equal to a percentage of your monthly fee. Credits do not apply to annual plans and are not refundable.

Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Nelotechpreneur™ operates on a monthly or annual subscription model. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
Refund Eligibility
All subscription payments are non-refundable, except when:
- You were charged in error
- A duplicate payment occurred
- A verified technical issue prevented platform access
Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
AI-Related Limitations
Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with AI suggestions, AI interpretation errors, or AI-generated content quality. AI outputs may vary in accuracy and must be reviewed by users.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time.

Prohibited Activities
- Uploading PHI without a signed BAA
- Using the platform for clinical decision-making
- Diagnosing medical conditions or providing clinical treatment recommendations
- Replacing licensed medical judgment with AI outputs
Data Retention & Breach Notification
PHI is retained only as long as necessary. Upon termination, PHI will be securely deleted. If we discover a breach involving PHI, we will notify affected customers without unreasonable delay.
